Breakfast is included each morning in the room rate with your Knickerbocker stay. A two-course gourmet breakfast is selected and prepared each day by Chef Thomas. We try to accommodate your special dietary needs and ask you to advise us of any food sensitivities or allergies. Breakfast at the Knickerbocker is always a treat.
"Bistro at the Mansion" is open for Friday & Saturday evening dining from 5:30PM to 7:30PM.
Try out "Early Eaters Club" on Friday & Saturday from 4:30PM to 5:30PM for 30% off.

The menu will please the most discriminating palette. The wine list is the most extensive in the valley. Here's a quote from one of our recent guests. "the coffee, food & music greeting us at breakfast was a delicious combination. Could you top it? You did! Dinner on Saturday night was 'to-die-for' (& I almost did. Five courses....& we enjoyed every last bite.!)"
"Bill Knick's Cafe" is located at the BIG BEAR DISCOVERY CENTER. Stop by and visit us for lunch 7-days a week during the summer and Saturday/Sunday (Fall & Winter). Great fresh salads, sandwiches, soups from the Knickerbocker Kitchen plus your favorite snacks.

We have added so many new items to the menu that we did not have room for all of them and the Desserts.... but we have them...and they are a "reason to live" plus enjoy them with a cappuccino, espresso or a fine port. For you beef steak lovers, we are now serving a 12oz NY Strip Steak that is amazing, along with our "hand trimmed" Filet Mignons.
•Every Friday & Saturday ...come join our "Early Eaters Club" Save 30% and order off the Friday/Saturday Menu from 4:30PM to 5:30PM (orders must be into the kitchen by 5:30PM).
Also, our "by the bottle" wine list will be at 30% off.
